The professional dance company, BalletFleming, brings its captivating performance of “The Myth and the Madness of Edgar Allan Poe” to Gloucester County College on October 25, 26, and 27. This original contemporary dance production is an abstract retelling the life of Edgar Allan Poe and his descent into madness. Poe lived a short, painful life, filled with desertion and death. Choreographer Christopher Fleming’s creation unites the written word with dramatic ballet movements into an eerie and mysterious direction.
